How to request a refund
Human error happens, and we strive to do our best for our customers! Please contact hey@bouchee.com.au if you’re not satisfied with your order or have any other issues as soon as possible (for example: wrong items delivered). Refund or re-orders are subject to the conditions case-by-case. Please note, we do not accept the product back, as it is frozen.
